Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using DadaPay services. By accessing or using DadaPay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Welcome to DadaPay. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DadaPay's platform, mobile application, website, and all associated services (collectively, "Services"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and DadaPay Financial Technologies Private Limited ("DadaPay," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our Services.
DadaPay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via registered email. Continued use of the Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
DadaPay offers a comprehensive suite of financial services through its digital platform. Our current service portfolio includes, but is not limited to:
Mobile Recharge
Instant recharge for all major telecom operators across India.
Bill Payments
Electricity, water, gas, broadband, and municipal bill payments.
Rent Payments
Seamless rent payments directly to landlords via UPI or bank transfer.
Prepaid Cards
Virtual and physical prepaid cards for everyday spending and online transactions.
FD-backed Cards
Credit cards backed by fixed deposits, offering credit access without a credit score requirement.
Insurance Services
Health, life, motor, and travel insurance from IRDAI-licensed partners.
Tax Services
ITR filing assistance, tax planning tools, and professional tax advisory services.
DadaPay continuously evolves its product offerings. New services may be introduced, and existing services may be modified or discontinued at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
To use DadaPay's Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age. Users below 18 years of age are not permitted to register or use our Services.
Legal Capacity
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons of unsound mind or those declared legally incompetent are not eligible.
Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must maintain the accuracy of such information.
Compliance
You must not be barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any applicable jurisdiction.
Creating a DadaPay account requires you to submit the following information for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance and identity verification:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify DadaPay immediately at info@dadapay.in if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
DadaPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activities. Each user is permitted only one active account; creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
DadaPay uses industry-standard security protocols to protect your account. You play an equally important role in keeping your account secure.
OTP Verification
All login attempts and high-value transactions require One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to your registered mobile number.
Credential Confidentiality
Never share your password, PIN, or OTP with anyone — including DadaPay representatives. We will never ask for your password.
Suspicious Activity
Report any unauthorized transactions or suspicious activity immediately. DadaPay is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
Device Security
Ensure your registered device has up-to-date security software. Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
By using DadaPay, you agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Activities
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
All intellectual property rights in and to DadaPay's Services, platform, and content are owned exclusively by DadaPay Financial Technologies Private Limited or our licensors. This includes:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of DadaPay's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Services Provided "As Is"
DadaPay's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
DadaPay does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DadaPay shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Service interruptions caused by third-party failures or infrastructure issues.
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
- Actions or omissions of banking partners, payment networks, or third-party providers.
DadaPay's maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to DadaPay in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DadaPay, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Your misuse of DadaPay's Services or platform.
Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
Any transactions, disputes, or interactions with third parties conducted through the platform.
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.
DadaPay integrates with various third-party service providers to deliver its financial services. These partners include:
Banking Partners
NBFC and scheduled commercial banks
Payment Providers
UPI networks, NPCI, card networks
Insurance Partners
IRDAI-licensed insurance companies
Tax Partners
CA firms and tax technology providers
DadaPay is not responsible or liable for the actions, omissions, policies, or practices of any third-party service providers. Interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before engaging with any third-party services.
DadaPay shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such events, DadaPay will make reasonable efforts to notify users and restore services as quickly as possible. Force majeure events do not release users from their payment obligations for services already rendered.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
Dispute Resolution
Prior to initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through DadaPay's grievance redressal mechanism. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
By registering with DadaPay, you explicitly consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications include:
Account updates, transaction receipts, policy changes.
SMS
OTPs, transaction alerts, promotional offers.
Push Notifications
Real-time alerts, reminders, and app updates.
Service updates, support responses, and offers.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in the app. However, transactional and regulatory communications cannot be opted out of as they are essential for your account security and legal compliance.
