12 tips
  • Download DadaPay only from official app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store).

  • Regularly review your transactions and account activity for anything unusual.

  • Uninstall DadaPay before selling, gifting, or sending your device for repair.

  • Report suspicious emails or communication attempts immediately to our support team.

  • Report phishing attempts — calls, SMS, or emails pretending to be DadaPay.

  • Change your App PIN or password regularly, at least once every 90 days.

  • Enable fingerprint or biometric authentication for faster and safer login.

  • Use multi-factor authentication (MFA) wherever available for added protection.

  • Close the app completely after each use, especially on shared devices.

  • Keep the DadaPay app and your device OS updated to the latest version.

  • Set transaction limits from your security controls to cap potential losses.

  • Enable or disable payment modes (UPI, cards, etc.) as needed from settings.
